First, undesrtand that Corlett Auto Restoration, Inc. is committed to restoring your vehicle to its pre-accident condition through the use of modern equipment and repair techniques, and your SATISFACTION IS GUARANTEED.

METAL WORK: Provided is a 12 month (or) 12,000 mile LIMITED WARRANTY, from effective date stated herein, on all metalwork and framework, to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting, or deterioration, excluding rust repairs.

PAINTING, STRIPES
AND DECALS Provided is a 12 month (or) 12,000 mile LIMITED WARRANTY, from effective date stated herein, on painting-related priming and paint work against solvent blistering, cracking, hazing, chalking, and fading, and a 90 day (or) 3,000 mile LIMITED WARRANTY, on the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals.

MECHANICAL
REPAIRS Provided is a 12 month (or) 12,000 mile LIMITED WARRANTY, from effective date stated herein, on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage.

PARTS Provided is a 12 month (or) 12,000 mile LIMITED WARRANTY, from effective date of the repair/replacement.

SECTION 1-4 The shop will repair, repaint or replace at its option, any failures described in items 1-4 above. IF, and only if, the claim is made while the owner identified herein owns the vehicle and except if the failure is caused by or the damage results from unreasonable use, lack or proper maintenance or care of the vehicle. This WRITTEN WARRANTY SHALL BE NULL AND VOID if the warranted repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized by WARRANTY Grantor.

SPECIFICALLY
EXCLUDED Incidental costs, such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, or assemblies and components resulting form a defective part or installation of such a part installed or repaired during the repair. THIS STATES ALL THE LIMITED WARRANTIES made by the Shop and contains the only promises for which it will be responsible.

CUSTOMERS
OBLIGATIONS All warranted repair, adjustment or inspection must be done only by Corlett Auto Restoration. In order to obtain the benefits of this warranty, the owner of the vehicle must present the owner's copy of his/her receipt for the work originally done by Corlett Auto Restoration, Inc..

ALL WARRANTIES implied by law, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are herein limited to the warranty period herein and shall expire at the end of such period. SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED are incidental costs, such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses or assemblies and components which are not covered by this WRITTEN WARRANTY, as are consequential damages such as damage to other assemblies and components resulting from a defective part or installation of such part installed or repaired during the repair included in the WRITTEN WARRANTY.

This WRITTEN WARRANTY shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified or interpreted by any prior course of dealings. This WRITTEN WARRANTY shall be null and void if the repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized by the above named shop. This warranty is not transferable.
